- Defects: The arm perch is guaranteed against any defects. If you receive an item that is defective, we will gladly replace it. Please e-mail the Avianweb Administrator for instructions.
- Please note: Due to strict infection control policies, this product is not eligible for return if used.
- Shipping:
- US Shipping:
- Arm Perches are usually shipped out within 24 hours of receiving an order. Back-ordered items are shipped within 1 week.
- The cost of Priority Shipping & Packaging within the continental United States and Hawaii is $6 and that cost is added in the shopping cart. The average transit time for USPS Priority Shipping is 2 to 3 day within CONTINENTAL United States, 4 days for shipments to Hawaii. A shipping notice is sent to each customer.
- The cost of shipping to Alaska or Puerto Rico is the same -- however, it does NOT include Priority Shipping. The transit time to these areas may be between 2 weeks to even a month. All packages to these areas will automatically be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
- Taxes:
- Sales Tax: Items shipped to addresses within Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax.
